Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes
The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was held on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the association hall. The gathering started promptly at 18:30 hours with Chairman, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the assembled board members.

The board reviewed several matters including the upcoming fall festival, concerns regarding the common recreational space and resident inquiries about regarding parking regulations.

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association shall be presenting several proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming general meeting on September 8th. Important Update Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake
Dear Residents,
This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Starting on late July, we will check here be modifying our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and additional landscaping projects. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
